I have purchased the 2-Year accidental Geek Squad Replacement protection on multiple Headphones, controllers, and electronic devices throughout the years. Let me just say that Best Buy stands behind this plan, and I have never had any issues with a replacement of the product within that 2 year period. And - for me - the option to add another 2 years on when you replace your product (because I've had many Turtle Beach headsets break down over the past 5 years) is a perfect option, which allows me to continue to use that same device for it's lifetime until the next upgrade comes along.

I always get the protection on my controllers and headsets. It has saved me more money than the original cost of it.

Wonderful service and deal for what you pay for. It is easy to use.
