Absolutely fantastic, took my old head set in because of a broken part, and due to it not being in stock i received a gift card for the amount i originally paid and was able to get the newest version of my head set. There were no issues during the whole process and they made it easy. 10/10

Added on protection for my PS5 controller. I usually don’t add anything extra on, but what convinced me this time is that I can get a replacement within two years whether or not my controller has issues. My friends and I drop it constantly (by accident of course) so for me, this add-on is worth it.

This was my first time using the protection plan, and it worked great. I brought in my controller because it wasn’t quite working all the way and they replaced the whole thing and had it shipped to my house in a few days. No haste and was quick and easy. I even got the protection again just in case

Great keyboard! Fully functional and simple. Budget friendly, the keys sound good and not loud like a mechanical keyboard.

I wouldn’t buy anything out of Best Buy without the geek squad warranty absolutely the best

I had a damaged ps5 controller, Geek Squad allowed me to return it for in-store credit. I am really happy and grateful for the services and memberships of Geek Squad.
