I absolutely recommend bestbuy for everyone I come across. They have awesome deals, even better Black Friday deals, and the smooth transactions and exchanges with warranty items is great. It’s nice to not have a big hassle everytime you need to exchange something. They are fast, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely going to be a return customer.

Totally worth it. Accidents happen, and this plan gives you that cushion if something goes sideways. Geek Squad makes the replacement process smooth and fast. It’s especially great for pricey tech or gear that gets heavy use. You hope you won’t need it, but when you do—it’s a lifesaver.

I was having issues with my Dual Sense Edge PS5 controller. I was in the store for every bit of 10 minutes. It would’ve been even quicker if there weren’t people ahead of me. I was given a brand new replacement controller with minimum questions asked. They also allow you to add warranty on the replacement item.

These are really handy to have for things that only have a short warranty. I've returned monitors with dead pixels before and avoided having to but a new monitor as the warranty was up. I figured that i go through Xbox controllers so i should buy the replacement plan as they often die not long after the warranty ends. This time mine died within the normal return period and i was actually able to get a new replacement plan free of charge as well. If this plan saves me again it will be more than worth the money.

Definitely recommend geek squad in case you have any issues with your computer that you just don’t understand yourself. I’ve had plenty to where I needed help so geek squad is always there for you.

I never buy an electronic without a replacement warranty. With kids that are now teenagers, you have no idea how many times this came in handy there for saving me from having to replace them out of my own pocket.

I have three incredibly active cats who positively delight in knocking things out of my hands and off of any flat surface that strikes their fancy. If they decide to target my new Switch, I'll be able to get it fixed.
