Pricey, but fast replacements make it worth........

I don't know what I would do without my Geek Squad Service. Having a qualified Geek Squad members assisting me with my electronics ensure I am getting expert work done. it's great knowing that all my Best Buy purchased products are covered for most problems that may arise.

Love this service! No hassle on services and quick with help and need. Highly recommend for any equipment or service they can cover but do stay away from geek squad help desk. They never took anything I tried to get service on.

Got it for my ps5 controller and Best Buy takes care of me so I do recommend because they take care of my controller when it stick drifts

Best Buy offers the best warranties especially on smaller Electronics because they just replace them if there are any problems Within the time frame of the warranty itself so I only feel secure if I purchase warranties with products that might have problems down the line and always make sure to do so if they are pricey meaning more than $100 so I avoid having to pay full price to replace the item myself and only have to repurchase the warranty if I have problems so that's why I buy all of my electronics through Best Buy when possible as their warranties are unrivaled in my honest opinion.

I never used to get any type of insurance but this service has saved me 1000s of dallors over the the last 4 years. Everyone knows that some things just arent made to last anymore. Yes it is a little bit more up front but when something inevitably goes wrong, best buy is there to replace it with no hassle.

Geek Squad is a big help When Needed. Recommend using Them.

This service actually really helps out if something goes wrong with your products. For example, PS5 controller having stick drift it’ll cost you a smaller amount of money to replace and buy new warranty then buy a whole new control.

I’ve had help from geek squad many times. They’re always very helpful, polite, and efficient. I’ve gotten my laptop, cameras, phones, etc fixed with them and always leave satisfied with their services

Despite taking longer than expected, Geek Squad held to their satisfaction commitment. They were unable to repair my laptop and made sure my replacement was to my satisfaction.

I purchased this protection for my son’s SCUF gaming controller since we always seemed to have drift problems with his previous Xbox controllers after the 1 year warranty expired. I’ve had to use this protection with his previous elite controllers and the exchange is flawless.
