I get this for my Xbox elite controllers which never used to last more than a year before needing to be replaced. My current controller is still going strong after 13 months so I’ll keep it until I get closer to the 24 month limit (or it’s starts to wear out)

I'm so thankful for having the Geek Squad Replacement plan. It's saved me so much money! Gaming controllers and headsets tend to wear out so, when you buy them the plans are essential! I have personally gone through 6 Xbox controllers out of which I only paid for 3. Plus the customer service is top-notch! Best Buy and Geek Squad is my go-to for electronics!

This is the second extended warranty for a gaming headset I have purchased. My prior review is below. I bought the extended warranty for a Xbox gaming head set for my niece. With the hit or miss reviews as to reliability, I purchased the extended warranty. Sure enough, after about 6 months it was a miss. The physical quality of the headset was fine but the electronics for the mic failed. I exchanged the headset under this warranty and got a different, more expensive headset for my niece. The new headset was very well reviewed, Turtle Beach, but I purchased an extended warranty for it as well.

This is a king of things that must have, I would say mandatory when talking about Game Controller.

If my controller gets stick drift they help replace it! I love it

Loved it until the A button started failing and the right thumb stick pops up and down way too much now. The left doesn't have play like that. Started constantly disconnecting while playing that lead to many deaths in game and only had it for a short time. Recommend getting the 2 year accidental insurance.

Yes it is. If you got an electronic like a gaming controller that you know might break, you can return it and get a new one.

Excellent!! If the product breaks down you just bring it in for a replacement. Haven’t used it yet, but it seems to be great.
