I purchase the replacement warranty on my Xbox elite controller as a necessity. The controller itself feels great and works really well. Unfortunately, they always seem to develop issues within the first year or less that makes them virtually unworkable. It’s sad, but I have replaced five of these already, and the extended warranty is an absolute necessity! Best Buy is great about replacing them, but it’s a problem that Microsoft should address!

Ive had to call them before to get help with my laptop and they were super friendly and helped me no problem! They seemed happy to help and did not seem annoyed like most people do that come to help with anything.

I was feeling my Xbox elite controller a little off so I took it to a geek squad member. Recommend me a new controller and now I’m back playing online. Stress free, no going back or forth. THANK YOU

You definitely want to get this for all your items purchased at Best Buy. The return policy is amazing but their geek squad is awesome and I’ve never had an issue. This comes very handy and they never give you a hard time and take care of your needs.

I love geek squad no matter what the issue is consider it resolved when it comes to them

Being able to get my controller replaced is amazing. PS5 controllers quickly get stick drift now days, this one doing so within a very short time frame. Was thankfully able to get another one with a smaller payment as opposed to having to pay full price.

Big fan!!! The warranty is a must on all controllers! Piece of mind if the dreaded Stick Drift
