I only heard bad reviews from my friends at the start before i bought this headset, but since I bought it I have had no problems with it. This headset is the best one I have bought and I would buy it again if something happened to my current one.

I NEVER purchase electronics without purchasing protection. What I love about Best Buy is that returns are an easy process. Tell them what’s wrong with it and they’ll replace it with the same item if available.

The geek squad protection is actually so clutch, the price is great plus it’s so simple to exchange the old item for a new one. My little brother has ran through so many controllers now I lost count. 10/10

the controller i returned was not very good. but Geek Squad came through with the hook up. well worth the price

You ever know when an accident can happen or if the product mess up. My headset started coming about and i took into Best Buy to get fixed. They just replaced it. No problems at all.

Hopefully wont need the protection but its worth having it. My son like eats electronics

Geek squad protection is quick and efficient, I always like to think of the add on GSP as a protection for my investment . If it breaks or simply stops working , I know I can rely on BestBuy to help me with a Same day replacement in store .

Can’t go wrong with this service if you have any sort of game controller. Even if you’re super careful and are respectful to your stuff SOMETHING will go wrong with your controllers. Adding a simple 2 year warranty that replaces your controller with a brand new one beats any manufacturers warranty by far.

I read reviews of this specific controller having issues breaking down so have the protection makes me feel safe if it ever does

Got this for the gamer headset for my 11 yr old son. Love how it covers everything from accidental to defective. Had it on the old one I bought him a couple years ago and before the replacement policy was up the left side stopped working. My husband went in with the old headset and they literally gave him full credit for my old headset and was able to get brand new ones.

Warranty was quick and easy to handle. Would recommend getting warranty only items.

I think this is a good product to have if you have a lot of computer issues. but sometimes it's just easier to buy a new computer or laptop as once the thing has issues you will continue to have issues. I took my laptop in a bunch of times. I just broke down and bought a new one.
