Bought it for a switch controller. The ‘A’ button started sticking and they let us trade it for a more expensive controller, just had to pay the difference. But then also had to pay for a new service protection plan. Worth it though instead of just being out the $50 controller.

It gives me a lot of security when using my device and not being afraid of breaking it down or anything because I know that I will be able to repair it in an economical way.

Geek squad is a great thing to buy especially for electronics so that if anything ever breaks they’ll fix it right up and you can get another warranty right after that 2 years is up.

Protection is the best in the business basically anything that happens you get another controller. Button sticks stick drift broken button

I found this to be invaluable!!!! My grandson complained that he was having issues with his controller. I brought it back to Best Buy and they immediately ordered another to be sent to the house. (They didn’t have a matching controller in stock). I purchased geek squad for the replacement as well.
