Amazing service!!

This is why geek squad is so good... You can choose to renew the 2 year at that time, so basically you just pay 20 bucks for a new controller. im on my 5th controller in 4 years, but aggressive on the thumbsticks.

Fortunately I have not needed it recently, but a year ago my Oculus game quit working. Because I had the Geek Squad support I was able to receive a brand new unit for no additional cost.
