Controller works great!!! Feels great in the hand !

Really good might use it soon to be fair cuz dog or something had happen to cord of a headset product but that's ok it still works and the coverage is always replaceable.

This service is crucial to have as the Geek Squad has been an integral part of me moving and setting up the tech in my new house. When you want it done right with people who not only provide quality but they are thorough and answered all my questions.

Very very convenient product. I use on my PS5 controllers since they get stuck drift and I used it and don’t regret it at all.

The warranty lasted the life of my controller and they gave me a refund for the product that allowed me to buy another one.

I use the 2 year coverage for my sons expensive Xbox controller. He gets the one that is well over $100, and he’s broke it twice playing Fortnight. Never had an issue using the warranty. I just swap it out and pay for a new warranty.

I recommend getting the warranty I’ve replaced my controller 3 times and yes every time you replace something you have to purchase the warranty again but it still better than paying full price.

This is a great protection plan. I definitely recommend picking this protection plan up if you plan on spending anymore than $60. If anything happens, I can simply return my product to the store for any reason. Make sure your devices are covered in the worst case scenario!

The Geek Squad Replacement service is something worth having. I haven’t had to use it, but it’s better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it. Just a great piece of mind not having to worry about my purchases.
