I purchase this protection any time I get an electronic device that is pricey. Best Buy will replace the item if it is in stock in the store the same day of your item being damaged or faulty. The worst case scenario is 100% of your money back via a Best Buy gift card.

Well worth it the original item broke within a year and two year coverage is a reasonable price.

This controller is excellent, I love it. I play FPS and it will improve your game. The problem is it will fail. I’m about to return my 2nd one. I got 3 months of hard and long fps play time from this one.

Luckily I have not had to use the warranty for this product yet but I have used the Geek Squad services in the past and they are great. They assured me when I bought my controller that I could come directly to them with any problems I have. Much better than Microsoft/Xbox customer support.

had this controller for 2 months and so far it’s really good if you get comfortable with it especially swapping the joy cons. for me preferably playing apex and warzone, i’ve been popping off so i like it. no wear and tear so far! razer does deliver rgb tho c:

Always get the warranty on electronics as long as its not on apple products best buy will reimburse item. Theyvwont reimburse the warranty cost but its alot cheaper to get a new waranty than a new product. Apple products you must call apple care
