Best Buy has the most amazing protection plans. They are so helpful in communication so customer worthy when it comes to tending to us just an amazing job they do.

Loved it until the A button started failing and the right thumb stick pops up and down way too much now. The left doesn't have play like that. Started constantly disconnecting while playing that lead to many deaths in game and only had it for a short time. Recommend getting the 2 year accidental insurance.

I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. The registration process was straightforward, and the customer service team was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. When I needed to file a claim for a damaged item, the process was seamless and efficient. I was able to get another mic the day it unexpectedly stopped working! Highly recommend!!

Nothing beats having warranty on your controller especially when it's such an easy progress with geek squad. Came in expecting to have difficulties like other stores usually do but the whole process was nice and easy to do and left me felling happy with trusting Best Buy's Geek Squad.

I had a geek squad warranty for my PS5 remote. The remote went bad, brought it into the store and they replaced it right on the spot. The rep that helped me was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and a pleasure to deal with.

Best Buy has the best extended warranties available. Though as it varies in price per item, some items it seems to cost a little too much when adding the extended warranty. I bought it for my PS5 controller. I think it's great insurance for controllers as they are statisticlly bound to fail. They basically give you a second controller (Gift Card) for only $19.99. Of course you have to give back the initial, broken purchase. I get the extended warranty for all my electronic purchases. I always try to get the accidental coverage. Most times, I use the coverage more than it costs in the long run. I'm also a big believer in insurance.

Geek squad for the most part are very hopeful and it’s quick sometimes. If you have an appointment it’ll be faster. The wait time does take a while which sucks

The most amazing insurance, any time your stuff breaks they fix or replace it, and the cost of the new insurance is the only cost in most cases. I tend to have stick drift on my xbox controllers within the first month or so, and this saves me a ton of money by allowing me to keep my controllers newer.
