This is a must for thinks like xbox accessories and monitors. Basically anything that has a short and or limited coverage warranty.

I bought this warranty to cover my A 50 wireless head phone. I was so disgusted with the quality of Plastic headphones without replaceable parts. The last set I bought was a steel series that lasted a whole three weeks before becoming unusable. I returned them just under the wire and bought the A 50 to replace them. I hate extended warranties but I bought this as insurance. I’m 72 years old snd don’t abuse my headphones. They are used to play Xbox.

Never leave the store without one, at least on more expensive stuff. We had three free tvs due to having one. First tv broke withing a few months, got it replaced free. Bought a plan with it. That tv had an issue within a few weeks, got another free tv...etc. Saved thousands!!!

My product portion of the transaction was refunded when I brought my damaged or worn-out headphones to Best Buy. My son uses these headphones almost every day.

Never had to use it but I know that what they offer is great for returns when it comes to malfunctions or questions. Bought many accessories for my PC and I feel safe knowing I can always bring them in if anything goes wrong with them.

Every time i have had an issue with my products at best buy my geek squad protecting has always been a live saver and they do what they promise. that is why i always continue to support best buy and their protection plans protecting my investments. thank you guys for giving me a piece of mind.

The geek protection is a great value for the saving of getting your broken items replaced. If you purchase alot of your items here then this is great for the extra money. But if you don't purchase more than 3 items that are of great value the probably best just getting the warranty on the side.

The Geek Squad Protection is definitely a Must Have when it comes to anything Electronic and Best Buy has always treated me fairly when it comes to returning items, very fast, very easy, and if perhaps the item is no longer available they have a few different options you can do whether replace it for a different item or upgrade what you already have. The Geek Squad Protection is the only way to go when it comes to protecting your Best Buy Purchases.

Always get the warranty on products like controllers. I bought this on the PS5 controller and it will definitely save me because I play a lot and fully expect the "drift" issue to happen. Simple swap and good to go. Best Buy is very good about honoring these and rarely give you any grief. This is why I keep going to retail instead of getting electronics via online vendors, especially that rainforest one that sells the awful warranty from Square Trade.

It’s a great coverage to have!!! Mostly for 2 years and it covered and expensive control once it broke!!!
