I brought in my controller because it wasn’t quite working all the way and they replaced the whole thing and had it shipped to my house in a few days. No haste and was quick and easy. I even got the protection again just in case

I LOVE the replacement policy! My grandson had a game controller that went out a year after purchase. Instead of sending it back to Microsoft, I took it to Best Buy and they replaced it! I won't buy electronics without this policy. It's well worth the money
