If you ever had thoughts about getting the 2 year replacement plan on all product $75-$99, and decided not to, let me ask you this, Do you still have that product? Has it been less than 2 yrs? Are you noticing any performance loss, or weird bugs? If so did you get the 2 yr replacement plan? If you said, No, I’m sorry if you like that product you bought, and needing to get another one you will have to pay full price again. If you were smart and purchased the 2 yr replacement, no matter the situation with your high dollar product, you can take it back before the 2 yr replacement date expires and receive a replacement for no cost to you, or for a small onetime payment as your replacing your product for free, get another 2 yr replacement plan and continue the great service Beat Buy offers to all there customers, it’s a Win, Win.

whenever I purchase anthing from Best Buy, especially products like coffee makers and computes , I always get their Geek Squad protection planinsurance. I don't leave home without it!

Easy return, easy replacement. Geek squad warranty is the way to go, especially for the elite controllers that have weak warranty's at purchase.

Loved it until the A button started failing and the right thumb stick pops up and down way too much now. The left doesn't have play like that. Started constantly disconnecting while playing that lead to many deaths in game and only had it for a short time. Recommend getting the 2 year accidental insurance.

Geek squad is always transparent about what the policies cover and tend to always follow through with their replacement and accidental damage plans.

Easy return/ exchange process. If they don't have the item you may have to wait for it to be shipped, but besides that you can get a store credit too.

Really good controller, very nice paddle placement and you can change between 3 paddle setups that will also change the color of your Xbox button. Also the rubber grips help those with sweaty palms and trigger stops are really helpful for fps gaming, and on top of that you are given extra analog sticks that are also longer which help with precision aiming very good controller have had mine for a little over a year no problems.

This was a Christmas gift for my coffee loving daughter who just got herself her own place to try and help her save money by skipping the every day expensive coffee shop cup of coffee

Good protection plan it is reliable I think it’s worth for people who buy a lot from there
