I always buy the geek squad protection plan. If anything happens to my kids gaming accessories I take it to geek squad to get fixed and if they can’t fix it they replace it or give me back my money. You can also buy a new plan after the time has lapsed from the first one. The price is always reasonable.

So far these headphones have great sound quality. The volume goes up pretty high and the sound was crisp. Mostly play it with Modern Warfare 3 and it’s been perfect. Charging station is pretty good although sometimes you have to make sure the headphones are in contact with the charging station.

Geek squad protection plan? Does it get any better!?

I always buy this warranty with any product that i purchase from Best Buy. I've had to use it a few times over many years, and they never give a problem - just change it out for something that costs the same price that i paid, even if they're on sale, i still get credit for what i paid.

This warranty is great if you buy electronics, specially controllers.

Geek squad has always been a good option. Have never had any issues with their services.

Love that i can get my stuff completely replaced for a fair price.

Does the job as the controller I buy this for seems to stop working after a year or more. I would not buy for laptops since they come with many warranty you have to use first anywahys

I get Geek Squad Warranty on everything I purchase. Definitely worth the money and is super convenient. Only had good experiences with it and the reassurance of having warranty for two years makes all purchases worth it. Highly recommend!

I had no problem getting my son’s controller replaced. I went to the store and they pulled up my geek squad protection purchase with no problem and they gave me a gift card to get my son’s controller replaced online because they were sold out of PS4 controllers in the store. I liked the fact that I was able to get it replaced online and not just in the store because it could have been a long time before I was able to replace it while in some stores they don’t have the online option.

Each time I have called on Greek squad I was treated professionally and friendly. They were knowledgeable about my issues and handled them in a timely matter. I am elderly and like most have come in contact with younger generation that don't want to deal with our lack of technology, but Geek Squad has always been very patient with me and my 100s of questions.

I always buy this for peace of mind, and Best Buy has consistently honored replacements or repairs when I've needed them.

Very excellent. My printer was broken early this year and I went to Best Buy to get it fixed. But instead the gave me a brand new printer.

Worth the money , they will replace whatever is broken or fixed it
