Haven’t had to use but bought for just boys scooter just incase!

Have used their geek squad warranty dozens of times over the many years and only ever had one issue with it but it was resolved quickly and of little inconvenience to me. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to get their stuff setup or even just to get a warranty for it. Great people and great company!

Protection for Nintendo JoyCons in 2022, stop functioning 3/2023. Returned under 2 year protection, received replacement pair, (saved $79.99). Purchased new plan for new set, paid what $24?? for protection, overall savings? $50 plus, yea I will keep up with this cycle until Nintendo resolves the drift issues, among other problems with the Joy Cons.

I've gone through three Xbox controllers in the past 2 years. Get a warranty.

Always feels good to have protection over purchases that can break

Does the job as the controller I buy this for seems to stop working after a year or more. I would not buy for laptops since they come with many warranty you have to use first anywahys

I seldom buy electronics that aren’t covered by this warranty. It’s easy, and convenient in case of an accident or regular wear and tear

A must have for any electronic over $100. Electronics will also malfunction, it's inevitable. So at least be smart about spending your money over and over. Be aware though, once claim is initiated, you lose your remaining coverage. Whatever expires first, the length of term or your first replacement. Still worth it though.

They always give the best service and make sure that they answer all your questions so they don't leave you with any doubts. They help you in a timely manner and always give 100% in solving any issues i may have or have had. I always recommend my friends to purchase geek squad for all electronics.

always like to buy the 2 yr protection plans, just re-read what it covers due to the fact that not all damages are covered. if it doesn’t cover wear and tear just eat the cost of the product. but if it does they’ll work with what you have and help replace it.
