Worth every penny. Sadly have had to use many times in the past for other purchases, but is as simple a process as it gets!

The GSP plans and their variants are pretty good. I do feel like there's room for improvement, though. 1: certain devices get replaced with a refurbished unit, such as Microsoft Surface devices and Nintendo Switch devices. This by itself would not be a bad thing if receiving the refurb didn't fulfill/cancel the rest of the plan. 2: in some cases, you end up losing data unnecessarily. I had an HP laptop that for some reason the battery could not be replaced. I wasn't really given an opportunity to request the device back so I could at least get my data.

Haven't used it yet but i know it will be very useful when i do!

Don’t but a product with out it. Cannot put a price on piece of mind. Knowing my product is covered make me feel much better about buying higher priced items, and Best Buy is truly hassle free making the overall experience an enjoyable one!

Nobody knows how long a new product will perform after trying out all the options. Being new doesn’t guarantee it performs correctly. The Geek Squad warranty saved me when I started having issues a year later. Having this warranty made me able to have my product replaced with no hassles by the Geek Squad. I recommend purchasing a warranty it pays for itself and more if your product fails.

My husband had issues with his computer and they look at it . We left the computer and pick it up the next . My husband was so happy that his computer finally work. He works at home.

Purchased the protection for all of my video game controllers. it is definitely worth it as the controllers always break down within 2 years. Do it, no-brainer.

Any time that I have had an issue (and there hasn't been to many tbh) they have come through with flying colors. My items have been promptly fixed or replaced. Will always ad the warranty to my Best Buy purchases!

I usually get the replacement plans on items that are $150+ just to be on the safe side. I had no issues when coming in for a replacement for my xbox elite controller. I highly recommend on these types of things that can be easily broken and accident prone.

For as long as I’ve been a Best Buy customer, Geek Squad has never failed me once. I believe Geeks Squad has the best protection plans and services out there in the market.
