Ive used Turtle Beach, Logitech & HyperX nothing compared to Astro's especially the a40's with the mix amp 80. Sound hoarding cant get any better !!

I have used the warranty a few times and they are pretty good about taking care of things on the spot. From what im told that they may have to send your item away to get fixed on,just glad i havent had to do that.

If you're buying Joycons, like I did in this instance, they promise to replace it if they begin to drift. My first pair of Joycons started to drift a little under 2 years in to owning them, so if that happens to my new ones, then this should, in theory, replace them. Who knows if the guy was lying to me or not if this situation does end up happening to me but I will take his word on this.

Highly recommend all customers buying Xbox controllers get the extended warranty. Xbox controllers are the only thing i regularly put extra warranty on.

I dont get the Geeks for all my products, but when i do, it's worked out very well!

Great service. Like most protection plans you have to go through different loops to get your issue resolved. I never purchase any protection plans but decided to give geek squad a go and wow! Definitely worth it!! Highly recommend this service.

Added 2-Year replacement to my Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller. I've had the 2-Year replacement before and I just walked into the store and they instantly replaced the controller for me. Great to have just incase something happens to the controller.

I normally don’t buy protection but decided to with my security cameras and good thing I did. No hassle to replace cameras that just stop working properly in under 2 years.

The protection plan is a must have. My son wears down his controllers way to often. With this plan, we can just go to Best Buy and tell them of the problem and we can go get another comtroller. This is especially important if you buy a controller just for looks but it plays like poo. Make sure to renew after you get the new controller.
