I always get the insurance coverage when I purchase at Best Buy. It makes life so much easier and I breath easy that my item is covered for at least 2 years.

Every time I purchase anything from Best Buy, I ALWAYS purchase the Replacement Warranty. This was purchased when I returned XBox Headphones that had unexpectedly stopped working. I used the “original extended warranty” for the Exchange. Every time the Warranty is used for Replacing a damaged item, the warranty becomes “used up” and a new one must be purchased.

I always get insurance through Best Buy. It's been the best thing for our family. I've had to replace several headphones for my kids and i can exchange for a new one workout any hassle. Highly recommend!

Since I use my PlayStation controller all the time this is definitely worth getting so I don't have to pay $60 every time my controller breaks. I only have to pay $20 and return the controller of course thanks for the great service

I HIGHLY recommend this plan for every electronic purchase. When I have had to return items they were accepted with a simple question of what's going on and let me see if we have a replacement in stock. In most cases I leave with a brand new replacement item.

Geek squad must be the best at taking care of their customers, I’ve never had an issue with them, always when my stuff doesn’t work and my warranty is still active I get it replaced brand new
