Love this service i buy my electronics only from best buy just for the geek squad service protection plans

Got this for the gamer headset for my 11 yr old son. Love how it covers everything from accidental to defective. Had it on the old one I bought him a couple years ago and before the replacement policy was up the left side stopped working. My husband went in with the old headset and they literally gave him full credit for my old headset and was able to get brand new ones.

When I bought my PS5 controller the worker said if I ever had stick drift, i could return it and get a brand new one. He’s the GOAT for that.

Purchased the 2year warrenty for a ps5 controller. $20 for the insurance and can get a brand new controller any time in the two years

I get extra coverage with geek squad protection.Had a issue in past my tablet dropped and broke screen.They gave new one with no hassle.I know it can suck to pay the extra $ for the coverage but at least you know you are covered.

Since I use my PlayStation controller all the time this is definitely worth getting so I don't have to pay $60 every time my controller breaks. I only have to pay $20 and return the controller of course thanks for the great service

These controllers joy-sticks are designed to fail after 6 months. With the geek squad service, I don't need to worry about having to pay full price for a brand new controller when the joy-stick fails.

Great headset would recommend to anybody?Good morning, to buy an affordable headset.

Most people are hesitant to get the coverage. But BB is so good about taking care of you for having it. I am adamant about NEVER getting any electronics from places like Walmart, because they are notorious for having refurbished items and selling it as new. ALWAYS get the Geek Squad coverage because it comes in SUPER HANDY.

I really appreciate our cashier that day for offering the warranty because with out it , I would of gotten a new headset due to my dog destroying my most recent one
