I had an issue with my laptop for work and wouldn't be able to leave it at the store. The tech came to my house figured out the problem with two different items and the problem was resolved in an hour or so.

So worth it! Wouldn’t add to every purchase but definitely worth it on items that get a lot of use or are larger cost. Going in and getting a replacement is super easy. Have used it several times on different products and has been east and hassle free each time. Everything is easy to keep track of in the app and they don’t require any paperwork.

These plans have always come in handy. Very well worth it for controllers that will eventually experience drift. Better than buying a whole new controller at exactly or more than the same price. You should know what you are purchasing before purchasing this plan because the durability of certain items may be very well.
