These wireless head phones work great. They really keep the outside sounds out and have a good clear sound. The first pair actually broke after 3 months. The microphone just fell off while I was using them and I was not hard on them. I had the warranty so they were easily exchanged for a new pair

Best warranty around, they try to fix my watch it wasn't posible so rhey give me a new and all this in 5 days

I haven't had to use the insurance yet but it's really nice to know it's there they say that it will cover anything that happens to the product replace it or original purchase price store credit

Love this option for controllers consider they are very easily broken or just stop working. This eases the burden of having to spend tons of money again in short time

It just as easy a swapping and exchanging if anything happens within the replacement policy it’s so convenient and everyone should always buy the warranty with anything they get electronically.

Its great to actually buy a warranty from Best Buy so if it quits working i can take it straight back to the store and they replace it or refund purchase instead of sending back to the company i'll always get the Best Buy warranty on any future big item purchases

I work for a major ISP and when customers have questions about purchasing their own modems I ALWAYS recommend Best Buy because of the Geek Squad protection. I have never had a hassle replacing a damaged piece of electronic gear. This level of service and security is why I don't buy from Amazon and only buy from Best Buy.

Best headset there is! Easy for movies or playing cod or fortnite. You hear everything the got steps and if ppl are sneaking up on you. Doesn't drain battery fast either lasts a very long time

Very much worth it. They’re always quick and easy to replace what I need and the price is a little high but much more worth the trouble of not having the warranty

If Geek Squad/Best Buy offers you a accidental replacement plan buy it! It means that item will be replaced in the store or you will be given a gift card if it is no longer working. You do not have to send your product off for repairs. Just describe the issue and grab another product.
