I get this on my Xbox controllers as they break in a year every time. 20 bucks for a 60 dollar controller is great! Warranty ast two years!

Always get Geek Squad Protection. A must have. Has saved me from having to re-purchase both large and small ticket items. They're always willing to help out with questions.

Bought it for a switch controller. The ‘A’ button started sticking and they let us trade it for a more expensive controller, just had to pay the difference. But then also had to pay for a new service protection plan. Worth it though instead of just being out the $50 controller.

This headset is really good when it comes to gaming and outside use as well, in all honesty it might be my new favorite headset of the decade

Had a warranty on a PS5 controller. Two years of coverage. Used it today the process was very simple. Just walked in to the store and exchanged the broken controller for a brand new one and walked out.

The Geek Squad is always help, they taken care of my Xbox controllers everytime there was a problem. Very friendly and super helpful.

I haven't had to use the insurance yet but it's really nice to know it's there they say that it will cover anything that happens to the product replace it or original purchase price store credit

great controller overall but get the 2 year protection, youll definitely come across stick drift within that time and you can exchange it for a new one. This is why geek squad is so good... You can choose to renew the 2 year at that time, so basically you just pay 20 bucks for a new controller. im on my 5th controller in 4 years, but aggressive on the thumbsticks.
