Product replacement plan has always been worth it for me, worst case I never have to use it but best case if something happens ive alwaya gotten a replacement product without any hassle.

I love TurtleBeach headset. I love the bluetooth functionality. I love it when I can play my games and listen to my music on my phone in the background. However, with Turtlebeach headsets, the casket always breaks. Every pair I get, they eventually break. They need to change the material. Always get a warranty with TurtleBeach, because within a year, that head casket is gonna snap.

Never been a buyer of warranties. I did get it this time for my PS5 Dual Sense controller. My first started to drift after 7 months. I’m sure my new one well at some point within the 2 years if warranty coverage. Getting a new one for the $20 warranty price will be much better than another $70.

If able always go with their protection warranty! Especially with controllers and electronics. Never had an issue, and they stand behind their products.

No questions asked, just check the merch for quick return. Drifts, buttons not working properly. Just take in and get a new one!

I havent had to use the warranty but I'm sure if I have to ill be happy with it because geek squad is actually in the best buys so you can take it to a Best Buy to get it fixed or replaced

It’s great to know if and when something happens to my controller it’s completely covered! And I like that they promote this option in store!

I haven't had to use the Geek Squad for any replacement or installation yet, but I always make sure to get the 2 year protection and geek squad service to have the peace of mind!

The Geek Squad support is nice to have. Fortunately I have not needed it recently, but a year ago my Oculus game quit working. Because I had the Geek Squad support I was able to receive a brand new unit for no additional cost.

I broke the screen of my switch a few years back and they replaced it no with no issues i love this service

Its great to actually buy a warranty from Best Buy so if it quits working i can take it straight back to the store and they replace it or refund purchase instead of sending back to the company i'll always get the Best Buy warranty on any future big item purchases
