I knew my Elite series 2 Xbox controller would malfunction within 2 years given Microsoft's track record. I went to replace or repair the controller but it was discontinued already. Geek squad refunded the controller no hassle no problem

I get this warranty on all my controllers... if they do working and they usually do before the warranty expires just bring it back.. easy exchange

I am pretty sure this is for my stealth headphones and everyone i talked to told me this is a non negotiable. I am not a thrower of my headphones, but there was an update that made me feel like they were busted after 1 week of owning them.
