I dont normally purchase the additional warranty however with the product we purchased (switch remote) this will get a lot of use and I love the idea behind if anything goes wrong I can bring it in.

I appreciate the two-year warranty option. These headsets are expensive and can easily malfunction.

Great headset but it's very difficult to control the volume of the game chat and the voice of teammates. It's always too loud or too low never a perfect pitch. Also I game for long hours and found l=myself getting ear fatigue after 3-4 hours of play. I had the steel series 9x and the circular ear circumference was the best i've experienced. I've downgraded to the A40s for the mix amp but i think im going to go to the best version of artics at this point.

I'm so glad i buy the extended warranties. It's way better than freaking with the manufacturer. Best buy geek squad and customer service make it so simple to exchange it repair the products without hassle.

Geek Squad service is much more economical than the annual support plan. It always includes a multi-year option which pays in the long run.

Went with my controllers I bought. If anything happens within 2 years, they replace the controller or give a gift card of initial value if the product is not available. Would recommend.
