Amazing company Know what they’re doing Seen how they work before

Haven’t had to use it yet. But if I do I’ll be glad I got it. It’ll cover any breaks due to spills, drops or any catastrophic events.

I use this protection plan for my Astros a 50 headset and they got messed up and I took them back and they replaced them with a Set of new ones.

Honestly never had to use the protection but the ease of mind is awesome and I hear good things about their services and value

Never second guess adding this to any and every tech purchase. Case in point: we purchased a PS5 in August 2024 for my son's birthday. His controller is drifting bad. Stopped into best buy, and they submitted the PlayStation warranty for me. We got to keep his old one and his new one will be delivered in 5 days or less. And while that comes standard for every PlayStation purchase, I didn't have to deal with submitting the warranty myself. And the next time it needs replaced (it will happen, PS5 controllers are notorious for drift stick) geek squad coverage will replace it.

We purchased this just in case something happened to the PlayStation. It is good to have we have not had the need as of yet to use this but it’s comforting to know it’s there.

The Geek Squad protection gives great peace of mind. The coverage is clear, activation is easy, and the support team is helpful. Definitely worth having for expensive electronics.

Best Buy’s warranties are always the bomb. You don’t have to wait for them to fix it. You just get a new one and replace the warranty on it.

We’ve never had to use Geek Squad however we have heard they are great and timely when taking care of the products purchased.

It does not hurt to have extra accidental protection on this product especially if children are involved. Have to have it.
