Great program my original elite strap broke so I went to my bestbuy store and they replaced it for me at no charge. Some items its worth having this plan.

This plan is a must. we got this for the VR headset because we assumed we would have an issue before long and we were correct. With the plan we get no hassle. Worth the extra money!

Have not had to use it on this device but I did the math. $399 Oculus Quest 2, 11 year old son, $60 2 year replacement for breaking it. That all equals a smart plan.

Love Geek Squad Service when I can use it. However, my stuff always seems to have issues within a couple months of that two year window. For example, Oculus 2 was not used very much the first two years. Now that the kids are older, usage has picked up the last 3-4 months. Left controller stopped working 2 weeks ago, just outside of the two year warranty, with normal usage. $75 to replace from website and not carried in stores. Would be nice to have an option for longer service period.

I've truly enjoyed using my Oculus! The fitness programs are fun and encourage working out. I do wish it came with a case and silicone cover though.

Thecbest part you can use your phone Oculus app to download games look for reviews and stream to the phone over tv. I added a docking station for easy charge.

Got this for an Oculus Quest 2 Elite Head Strap, and considering some of the experiences people are having, I definitely appreciate having Best Buy's warranty for it.

For an unexpected pick up I'm really enjoying it for the most part.
