My sons quest 2 had controler drift, no problem the replaced it, excellent service every time i have delt with them, i would not go anywhere else best warranty with Geek Squad, no one else comes close to it and the service, if you are making big purchases best buy is the place to do it!!!

It's got a lot of hype but I found that it wasn't very user friendly and the lack of available games has me putting up for sell. It has sat for about a year and i used it maybe 5 times.

We got this after trying out virtual games in a video store in MS. My husband loves this game for shooting zombies. It is a great device to have on hand when you have family over to make everyone try out different games. We love it.
