10 out of 10 great audio easy to understand the mechanics for these headphones it blew me away from how great it succeeded my expectation I would never regret this purchase and the 2 year warranty is such a good deal to add on as well. Audio great, mechanics great, noise canceling great, and the feature that allows you to hear your surrounding better amazing. I see no flaws and by the way it can connect to 2 things as once which is just so great lets me do thing I want at the same time I love it. 100% recommend these headphones.

I like these headphones. They are very comfortable and have great sound. They are a smidge big on my head but the Bose quiet comforts were wayyyy too big. I think skull candy fits me better but I liked the comfort of these more. The “bass” feature isn’t that spectacular compared to skull candy either. The ANC is really great until it picks up a high pitch or loud noise it breaks through and makes the sound cut in and out. Probably the most annoying part. I bought protective sleeves for the headband and ears. The touch feature on the right ear to listen pause etc is amazing. They shut off when you take them off which I love. They’re easy to operate and I’m not tech savvy.

Glad to have, I use my new Bose ear buds at work, construction, and accidents happen...

Always worth it, just in case! I've had products fail in the past and have had them fixed or replaced in-store. I almost always add it on for my electronics.

Absolutely love these headphones. I especially like that if I can't hear someone all i need to do is either pause or pop my headphone out of my ear instead of completely removing it. The battery life is awesome and if one headphone dies in the middle of my shift at work I can just put the other one in. Definitely recommend these.

The battery life last me a week on a 30 minute charge and the sound quality is the best i’ve ever experienced. The noise cancellation is immense. Will continue to buy Sony. Was between these and the Airpod Maxes and these are much lighter and more comfortable

Best EarBuds ever. I have had alot of Earbuds but these are worth ever penny from the sound quality to the texture of the material which no one comments of how great they feel.

They have good sound and quality. Good strength even after i dropped them, make good quality. The sound is clear and the battery lastes me all day. I would recommend these to anybody

I love the customer service side of Best Buy because if its broke you take another one from on the floor.

If you simply want to put essentially two subwoofers on your head, this is it. Perfect for hip hop and heavy bass listeners. Might be too overwhelming for some people but definitely the most bass from any headphones.
