I keep a replacement plan, especially for my autistic daughter's headphones. She has to have them and her faves are at Best buy!

Geek Squad went above and beyond to help me with my broken headphones. They were able to get me store credit for a replacement pair due to the type of issue the earbuds were having. Extremely nice and not a very long wait. 10/10

Very light and it’s good that does not go in your ear. You can’t loose the light ear pods. I use them at work equipment operator

I had JBL earbuds where the case would die after putting both earbuds into the case with only about four months of use. The protection plan allowed to get my money back in store credit to purchase new earbuds.

Great for everyday office work! My specific pair were defective, but took them back in to the store and the guys at Geek squad took care of me.

Great quality. But I expect more on the noise cancelling for this price point. Keep falling off my head. Sadly I returned mine. I really love the sound quality tho.

I am mystified at how good these sound. This shouldn’t be possible for how much these cost. Absolutely incredible sound quality. Perfectly balanced sound. The highest of highs, everything throughout the middle, and effortlessly reaching the deepest bass. Buy these without a second thought!

Any techie and average joe needs this. Simple to use when your device is in need of exchange. Easy to file a claim just go to bestbuy customer service / geeksquad and they will assess and help you on rhe spot. I purchase this added warranty for all my bestbuy electronics. The headphones are the best I have ever owned. The sound and quality is extremely great, along with adjustable base features. Pairing is easy and the app is great as well.

Great Bass and smooth sound. I love being able to adjust my sound based off the genre of music I'm listening to. A game changer!

No brainer for headphones, so easy to bring in and have them fix or exchange

The headphones are great thay were a little uncomfortable at first but i got them to fit fine. The dummy cord is great to i use and never lose my headphones.
