    I was only able to use this service briefly in person because in store help for my new iPad and new Mac was discontinued and with hearing issues it is difficult to get help over the phone.

    I'm a Consultant for Ambit, and this works perfectly. Any time I'm giving a presentation, I just open the DVD player, turn it on, and push play. Easiest thing ever.
