A MUST HAVE extended coverage warranty purchased for my previous go pro, and it was under the Geek Squad warranty when the screen started to just freeze up...best buy took in the non functioning go pro and gave me a refund on the value and put towards a new GOPRO Max purchase, also with it's own new warranty. Take the 3 year plan it's worth it!

Super nice to have. Exploded a DJI Action 2 using it on my FPV drone. BestBuy scanned it, saw they didn't sell it anymore, and gave me store credit for my purchase. Took about 10 minutes. Must have for any products you expect to break when using.

I always get this service/protection for my GoPros. I wouldn't get it for any other cameras because when it breaks, you dont get the full value for the camera. I made that mistake once and never again. Great for GoPro purchase

They got me in the assessed the damage on my GoPro sent it in got back to me in a very fast and timely manner extremely professional and very willing to answer any questions or problems that I had.

When it comes to protection plans many people choose not to get it. I personally think of it like this, and this applies to pretty much any type of protection; I'd rather have it and not need it than need it but not have it.

Smart choice for smaller, higher dollar items, like the camcorder that was the basis for this purchase. You never know when someone will jostle you or you will lose your grip on the item. Plus I have Geek Squad for other coverage and have NEVER been disappointed in their service.

Great to have with ANY new electronic device. You never know when you will need it.

Geek Squad Product Replacement is just simply a NO BRAINER for any Best Buy product that will have regular use or has a “price point” that you want to yourself from having to spend again during the time it’s protected! Biggest thing you have to do...is not do anything malicious to the product...and it’s protected!

For me, who uses my GOPRO daily, it is a tremendous opportunity to secure my investment. In my case, I use my camera every day, an opportunity that you should not miss when purchasing your equipment.

I have already cracked my Gopro10 screen so this protection plan is great. I have not used the plan yet, as the camera still works through the app. But it is reassuring to know that when I decide, or really brake the camera i have this protection plan to take care of me. Would definitely buy again.

Great value. Great company, perfect for people who are clumsy and don't have to worry about buying a new one Also prefer t for people who are into extreme sports and other extreme activities. It will helpe out big time. Perfect for when I need a replacement and quick and easy and painless. Greek squad does it all and will always have my business.

Can’t complain tbh they get it done in a timely manner

This was a hands down. Couldn’t have spent the 60 dollars a better way. Not 2 days after I bought my GoPro max it fell off my motorcycle well over 100 mph. It took me about an hour to find it and it actually faired pretty well. Only lost the Wi-Fi module. Took it back to the store and got a same day swap out.

Never as of yet had to use one of these warranty policies. But its good to know its there if for some reason you drop or your item malfunctions your covered. A piece of mind!
