I havent used this yet, and hope that I dont need to. But it is reassuring that I have it in place

My son dropped his camera from 3 story building while filming.. And it was replaced!

We had our GoPro on an iffy tripod taking pictures in the Utah desert when a gust of wind blew it over and cracked the display glass. We were in and out of a Best Buy within 10 minutes with a brand new camera!

I like this protection plan and usually get it with any recorders and cameras - but especially GoPro Cameras. It's best for that. I also recommend getting the 4 year plan too!

Always worth spending a little extra to have the protection when and if you need it. We have had positive experiences in the rare occasions we have had to use the protection on items but the service is always good and having this makes it so easy and no stress if something goes wrong.

To be honest, how do you NOT have a geek squad 2-year protection on any of your devices? Accidents happen and along with Best Buys superior customer service-- you will NOT be disappointed.

Great protection for my appliances. They fixed the problems with no stress for me.

On high-priced electronics I always purchase the protection. I have had good experiences in the past with Geek Squad when it comes to repairs and replacements.

4 years is a good plan for the money. I would recommend this over the 2 year plan

It’s nice to have piece of mind with a warranty that will fix your camera without sending it back to the manufacturer.

Having GeekSQUAD protection on your devices from BestBuy gives you more than rest of mind, because when those things accidentally damage from handling you know you have BestBuy to run to for help and assistance. It could be expensive items that you can't afford immediately.

Hope i won't need it but glad it's there. If you're already paying hundreds on a camera, an extra $50 isn't much.
