I always purchase protection plans when they are available. This is an excellent investment because you never know what can happen. I have never had an issue using my Geek Squad Protection. They are always helpful and courteous.

there worth getting get to take the product back and it's either fixed or replaced and if it's in a certain times frame they give you your money back for the warranty.

Enjoyed by my grandson. He loved to play on it but I wish I had purchased an extended protection (longer than one year).

I know a lot of you think you and your kids wont break it, but I have had to use the insurance on different Items and thankfully it gets covered 100%. BUY INSURANCE on things that kids touch... (and some adults)...

My son is 6 and he got the Nintendo 3ds xl for Christmas. He dropped it and cracked the screen. Thank God for GSP-ADH! We brought it back to our local BestBuy and he got a brand new one that day!

My wife's new 3DS XL had a dead pixel on the touch screen. They replaced the system and helped us get all the data transferred to the new system that day. Was amazing customer service.

It's nice to have that extra protection many times when you buy things they go out as soon as the 1 yr expires

My daughter wanted a 3DS and she repels technology. This came in super handy and saved me from wanting give her a Dusty Rhodes Elbow for breaking her 3rd 3DS.

A must for any item at BEST BUY. Every time I don't get the plan something goes wrong and I'm screwed and have to but another product instead of getting it replaced or fixed.

Anytime I purchase anything from Best Buy I always buy a warranty as a just in case! Anything can happen and it's good to have as a safety net!

I bought this a year ago for a controller and it works great. Came in handy even though I didn't think I would need it. Recommend buying it on any expensive products.
