I have never regretted getting or using the protection services from Best Buy.

Not sure why anyone would go without getting the insurance for any product you've spent your hard-earned money on. I made the mistake of not having and boy was I not happy when the uncertain event happened that would have allowed me to replace the damaged product. As I said before, never again will I be caught with the replacement insurance.

Bought this as in insurance policy in case something happened to my expensive item

Good to have or you might wish you did. I haven’t needed to use it and hope I don’t.

I lovey geek squad protection. I get it in each piece of tech I buy and coupled with being a total tech member you are basically covered for any and everything! Have 3 kids, I never know if something will break so I purchase this as a precaution so thT if something happens I am able to get a replacement. This is a must if you have children.

I love it the time I go to the store to ask questions to the geek gang. They have all been very helpful to me when I need answers and how to deal with my computer or other items I have bought.

Used this for Scotland—disappointed. Hard-to-adjust backpack and waist straps, awkward chest strap, not enough pockets. Side entry was handy, and it fit a 16” MacBook, but overall didn’t meet the hype. Would not recommend.

Always good when protecting something expensive. I dropped my $350 smart watch and cracked the screen. I brought it to them in the original packaging and they replaced it without issue.

You need protection no matter , you buy just for those accidents that could happen.

I definitely recommend best buy protection plans. It just gives a sense of security on products and speaking from experience makes getting help with faulty products much easier.

The geek squad is great. They’ve answered a lot of questions when I’ve built my first PC and provided recommendations.

I had the Geek Squad help set up my life alert system. They were very professional and the one guy took to my cat her name Onyx. He told me that his girlfriend likes the gemstone.

I always purchase a Geek Squad Protection (GSP) Plan for most major purchases at Best Buy. When my item goes defective, the process is simple for either a replacement of the exact same item (if available) or a store credit for the purchase price so you can get a newer item.

Protection plan is awesome. Make sure to get any of the GSP plans with your items.

Love the replacement plan, you never know when you accidently break of your items and this comes in handy when i need to replace the item instead paying full price again.

I always get the protection plan from Geek Squad for electronic devices of any price. Even if the device is perfect, you can never account for random accidents or defects.
