The cost of replacing the new Cable Modem I purchased was high enough, with the cost of this insurance being low enough, that I considered it worth the cost to buy as well. I don't do this all the time, but in this case I did.

We've been buying protection plans from Best Buy for years now. Can't be beat. Great painless coverage for the money. Most we've never needed but for the one's we've used the service and replacement has always been easy and painless.

If you don’t know a lot about the product and want peace of mind, just get it. You can live without it usually but the one time you need it, it’s worth it. Just read carefully and ask questions before buying

DO IT! Buy the Best buy warranty for any product. It is so worth it and Best Buy is fantastic at exchanging, etc under the warranty they offer. $19.95 is such a great price and worth it should something go wrong with your purchase

I love the 2 year product replacement warranty I think is the best in the business . One question it takes and one answer it takes too get a replacement as easy it is , no hassle to replace. The best purchase I made.

Great to have I purchase the first ring and I was having trouble with the item so I returned after the return policy with no problem and was able to get a replacement for the new ring at no cost out of my pocket

The replacement plan is exactly as advertised this is the reason why I keep coming back to Best Buy because they stand behind their products and I for product doesn't work they replace it and they honor their word.

Protection plans are simply piece of mind. I always purchase them on any item $500+. Had to use it on my Samsung Surround. They made it easy. Kept it for a few days, fixed it and then gave it back. No issues since.

Ive been a geek squad product protection fan since i was 13 and my computer crashed from too much... "frostwire" My mom had to take me and they never said a word. Been on my side and my homeboys since day one.

Best Buy is the ONLY warranty I actually trust. Other places will send the item out for weeks to be fixed. Maybe. Or refuse to take it back. Best buy is so simple you just exchange it for a new one. Simple.

The 2-year product replacement plan is always useful. If you are prone to dropping electronics, forgetting them in the weather, or have animals that can damage the products, the replacement plan is always useful.

I view Geek Squad protection as I view renter's insurance: I have it just in case, but hope to never have to use it. I personally have never had to use a purchased Geek Squad protection and hope it remains so.

Bought this replacement plan for arris router and needed it when it was fried during lightning storm. Replaced it for free! But had to buy a new service plan for new one they gave me.
