Coffee maker went bad. Wife liked the brand so we wanted the same brand again. Had gotten the two year Geek Squad coverage when purchased. Best Buy replaced the unit value immediately at my local store with another unit. Service was great. I recommend this company for your needs.

If you spend money on a item that will likely break that is pretty much everything in this day in age sadly. this is a must have replacement program! Best Buy will get you a replacement or credit towards something new its a no brainer if you can fit it in your budget

Absolutely love these guys. I trust them to fix everything . and they teach me about my items. For me, this is a MUST HAVE service . Only downside: it is now taking longer to get an appointment as they are so busy. And they are always so nice and friendly .

Amazing replacement warranty!!! I had the same problem twice with the same product and they change it no questions ask for another different product do to bad experience twice with the same one and transfer the warranty to the new product no charge at all!! I’m a geek for geek squad protection. I know products may have faults from the manufacture. Maybe the odds are very minimal but I do like to avoid those odds. They usually give you a new product or send the one to get replaces either is o good option.

In my experience, I have utilized this service on more than one occasion. Products get old and they do wear down and buttons break and so on and so forth. I love Geek Squad protection services. It takes the worries out of owning a product. Sometimes the services are expensive but if you look at it in the long run, it is most definitely worth it.

Got the geek squad extended warranty from best buy just for added security , I rarely have issues with best buy products , but when I have there very professional and make the issue right and quick. I have and always have trusted there service.

Always get the warranty so unless they cost as much as the actual product. it's kind of like buying your second one in a year and a half of whatever product was that you just bought, for the price of the warranty. Cuz you can swap it out before it expires

My 1st Nespresso unit literally exploded water out the bottom on 2nd use. With no bix or packaging they immediately replaced with a new one no question asked. 2nd unit works wonderfully. All electronics have an issue sneak thro quality control now an then lol.

Geek Squad Protection is a no-brainer on every single product that has it available on it. Repair or replace, sometimes even if it was broken by me. That's good stuff. And usually by the time something breaks for me a new version is out and I can swap to upgrade.
