We have always purchased this program ever time we buy a product. We had to use this service several times on different purchases and we have never had a issue. They normally just replace the product, no worries about having buy another item again..

Geed Squad gives you the perfect protection as expected. You pay a little more but at the end of the day you get the full protection on every unexpected situations. I buy this protection most of the times. I wound recommend it.

We purchase the protection plan on some of our items. Depend on what it is and how much we use the item. It is definatley worth it, as we have used the protection plan from time to time on a few items. Well worth the price,

About the only time I don't get Geek Squad protection on a device is if the cost of the GS protection is more than 25% of the original cost of the item, or the item itself is a total cost of less than $20. Seriously, Gs protection has literally saved me thousands of dollars, and hours upon hours of headaches.

A replacement policy is one of the best investments you can buy when purchasing products that offer them. It was a great asset to my electronic purchases. Everything that we purchase at Best Buy that offer a replacement policy, we usually purchase it. We found it to be an excellent investment.

Oh I love getting these warranties. Even though I never really half to use them, because best buy has great quality products. But sometimes things happen and items getDamage. They are extremely quick and helpful during the Warrantyprocess

bought the extra warranty for a coffee maker after reading reviews that it usually had problems right after the 1 year manufacturer warranty was over. So far, have not needed it but it made me feel better to have the extra coverage, which didn't cost much, when I was spending a lot of money to buy this coffee maker.

I highly recommend getting a geek squad warranty I had one on my samsung 60 inch tv after a couple months there was a small green line in it. I called it in and was advised if I brought it in I would be credited and able to put it toward a new one so I paid the difference and upgraded to a 65'.

Thank goodness I got insurance didn’t have to perches the item again out of pocket they just exchanged it and allow me to add insurance to the replacement this is awesome I highly recommend it for any item you get

Geek Squad is always there to help solve any issues with my product. I personally find it better than dealing with a product’s company warranty, as Geek Squad has me up and running in the same day if I were to ever accidentally damage my product!

Picked up iron march 2020, worked great took care of all my my ironing needs. Today oct/2021 iron started leaking water. Have Geek squad replacement coverage, hoping to have it replaced. Love this iron.

Geek Squad Protection is by far the best thing Best Buy can offer to protect the products. How amazing is it, instead of going through the manufacturer taking 2-3weeks to get sent out and receive back to you.. instead, you go to any Best Buy and bam all taken care of for a swap out!! Amazing!!!

highly recommend to purchase it purchase a Dyson hair dryer at 2019 and my dryer went down two weeks ago bring it to best buy they get me a gift card use it purchase other one very happy for it

Bought it for new rice cooker just in case. Great peace of mind. I have used it before, recently for a printer. Process was fast and hassle free. Brought in product to customer service, they looked up purchase in my Best Buy account and processed exchange quickly. Highly recommend.

I don't always buy extended warranties, but sometimes Best Buys has such good prices on products and warranties, I go ahead and do it. I really like the secure feeling it gives me to know if I have a problem with my purchase - there will be NO problem getting it replaced. Having one less worry is GREAT!

I never used the warranty that I paid for but for other items that I paid for extended warranty, they are good about replacing the product whether defective or damaged. Never had issues with exchanging or returning a product.

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS BUY THE PROTECTION PLANS AT BEST BUY!!!!! ESPECIALLY the accidental damage plans! It is a no brainer to pay a few extra dollars and protect your investment against defects and just plain old bad luck!

Any time you purchase major electronics, you should consider a Geek Squad service contract. This takes all the worry out of the purchase. You know it will work and, if not, it will be quickly repaired or replaced.

Great appliance. My family loves using this. It’s best to buy the Fridays frozen foods and fry them.
