I have used this phone for a little more than one month and it is already faulty: it changes back the time when I set it and confirm it within minutes, and I have to guess when somebody called me. Also the sound is deteriorating and noises alter the sound of the callers. I would like to exchange it for a new one, but I do not know the procedure.

This is the geek squad, protection plan, for the most part, they are helpful when products break. You still want to make sure that the product was fully fixed as a visit to the service desk my computer was not fully fixed properly.

I bought geek squad protection because they are suppose to help with any technology whether you bought it at Best Buy or some where else. Because of COVID-19 the people who could help me were fired and the tech on staff could not help because they only worked certain days and I needed an appointment and they still could not help me when I scheduled an appointment. The tech was courteous and sorry he couldn’t help with my Alexa auto install Make sure they can help before purchasing

I am a fan of the 5-year plan - especially for expensive items. I purchased the 2-year plan but you should have that second year protection through your credit card company for free anyway. Not sure if it works well with the credit card company in case of a claim... I've had very good experiences with the Geek Squad plan in the past.

I purchased this phone system to replace a Panasonic system. The battery life is bad. I work remotely, and battery is not sufficient to sustain sometimes lengthy conference calls.

Just in case. Most TVs last a minimum of 2 years. Dropping tv prices make this unnecessary. Valuable asset for higher-end televisions

I don't know how to rate this. I've not had the need to use the warranty. So, do I need a star rating? So, I do need a star rating. I've going with 3 stars, but just because I haven't used it.

Haven't had to use it, but I guess it is like insurance or a weapon. Better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.

never used and everytime you do call they never answer . if you happen to get through they dont know anything

I have had mixed experiences with the geek squad some times great other times really really bad.

They havent really solved many ofnmy issues, but at least have a god attitude.

Just bought it for extra protection for my purchase. Hopefully won’t need to call on them for anything though.

I'm not really certain at this point of the true value because I haven't needed Geek Squad for anything thus far. The redundancy provides a piece of mind, but it seems to be a waste of cash so far...ijs

Haven't used it yet, should have purchased for PS4 controller instead of Nimbus controller
