    No replacement for my Xbox Elite controller

    I dont know. Im confused. I paid $20 for the elite controllers geek squad warranty coverage which replaces your item. Supposedly. Now I go to get my controller exchanged out as there is a drift in the left analog stick. Manufacturing issue as it is something to do with a module on the inside of the left analog stick. Anyways I go in to get it replaced and there is no controller available and the guy at the customer service desk who actually tried his best to order me a new one wasnt able to. However when I go on the best buy website to order this controller wallah its there. In stock. I need some answers.

      Hi Dani – I’m sorry that they weren’t able to get your replacement controller ordered for you in the store. I’m not sure why they weren’t able to get that ordered for you if the item is still available. Please head back into the store to give it another shot. If they can’t get the order put in, I suggest asking them if they can provide you with a store credit so you can place the order online.

    i purchased this 2 year warranty when I bought a gaming headset. I wasn't aware that when I had to return the headset because it quit working that I would have to re-purchase another warranty when I did my exchange. I thought the warranty was good for 2 years, wrong. However, if you don't purchase the warranty with purchase, then you are stuck with a broken headset.

    Warranty

    Supposedly they fixed my Laptop and my PC we bought the warrantee and we were supposed to get the desk that we purchased and we never received a CD they couldn’t find it when we came to pick our products back up and it was so appalled that because you can use up to five products we won’t be able to use it because they couldn’t find the product we purchased they don’t know where they put it they said they are good But they get their hands into too many things at one time

    bought turtle beach headset for playstation 4

    I call over the phone with Anthony that I brought a turtle beach headset for PlayStation 4. Told I wanted to get the replacement plan. but on the receipt doesn't say anything about heatset. hope if anything happens to my head set. I can replace it.

    This was another company that came out to install my tv and they didn’t look very professional to me. Only one guy seemed to know what he was doing halfway. The other guys were dressed like they came from the hood. I was afraid to go out of the room because they would steal something.

    Is it worth it?

    In the 1st year of plan, it's worth it. But when you get to the 2nd year of plan, its only worth so much. I used the small amount of credit towards buying another controller. I guess its better than not having anything at all, hence the 2 stars.

    My only issue is as soon as you utilize whatever service you may need with this policy it's bull and void afterwards and you need to purchase another one again

    Worth getting it if you'll only be able to get the same product back but its not worth if you will have to get your money back just cause they don't have it in stock. Was very sad.

    From the moment I took them out of the packaging I knew they were not going to last more than a couple of months but did not expect them to last less than a week. The headband part is cheap and cracked the 2nd time I put them on and the sound started to go in and out by the 5th day. Returned and exchanged for a different brand.

    haven't used the protection yet when I went in the need to send off to review whats wrong then they would fix it

    Price increases make it not worth it

    Used to purchase for certain things, but price increases make this a silly purchase. Better to just save money. Better yet, use a credit card that offers an extended warranty.

    I bought it for my son who insisted on it. Most of the time I have purchased this I always had a problem with the geek squad saying that particular damage is not covered.

    Used to be a good purchase, but price increases have made it too expensive. Look elsewhere for warranty coverage. Some credit cards offer extended warranty.

    Be sure to quadruple check that you canceled their services. Every year I’ve had to cancel after I’ve been charged. 2019 they won’t get me again. I’ll be watching my calendar

    No need to use it at all. Computers had issues not covered by it and refused replacing a computer that o had problems with
