If you have banana hands like me and are prone to breaking things...Just spend the money and get GeekSquad insurance. Unlike others, I yet to receive any hassle when things go wrong. worth the investment.

I know some people say don’t get the extended warranty. However, I can say from personal experience Best Buy took care of me after the manufactures expired. They honored the extended warranty sold and made the process seem painless. Very happy I purchased it!

My son has a beats pill to listen to music before his sports events. It is usually being used by a teenage boys. The pill was dropped and started losing its connection. Geek Squad was fantastic in getting a replacement beats pill quickly. Will definitely be purchasing a replacement plan for anything my teenage sons are getting.

This is invaluable for earbuds. I have found headphones to be the one product that doesnt last as long as the extended warranty However the same product is never still available and i end up spending a little more each time

If you are going to spend close to $200 on a bluetooth I believe getting a warranty is a smart move. Often bluetooths will start to decline in quality around year 2. If this happens you can just exchange it for a new one. You would have basically prepaid for a new one worth $200 for only $30 = $170 savings.

I get the geek squad warranty for my headphones since they aren’t the most durable. As long as I keep re-buying the 2-year geek squad replacement each time, I will basically have headphones for eternity for just the cost of the product replacement.

What can I say, this vital to me buying my headphones from best buy! For once a company owns up, and provides a great service. I never buy headphones without geek sqaud warranty. It the extra added bonus that makes me comfortable knowing if anything goes wrong I have protection for my product and more importantly...my money!

I always purchase the protection plan. I have never had a problem using it unless they no longer carry the product. Then you got to pay more or sometimes less, but you pay the difference of the price from your original purchase. I love the best buy protection plan because they stand behind the products they sale.

Always get a warranty with my electrical devices. I’ve had to take multiple devices that have broken within the two years and Best Buy will replace them or give a gift card for the amount paid. You only loose the money paid for the warranty.

The agents mounted all my TVs, connected them and installed my surround sound system, some advice when getting things installed in your home thru Best Buy DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go with the third party they have always ask for the geek squad

This plan came in handy since I always have problems with my headphones. I stepped on them by mistake and when I took them back to best buy because I had the protection plan they replaced the headphone and gave me a $10 gift card because the headphone were on sale and cost $10 less than when I first brought them.

ExcellentAlways good to know if something happens that you can replace your product you hope that nothing happens unfortunately I bet that happen a few times lately but it’s still good to know that if something does happen that you can get it replaced

This really came in handy when my grandson broke my husband's headphones. Replacement was so easy! We took the broken product to the store, picked out a new pair, they changed it in the system, and it was done. So simple! I even bought Product Replacement on the new pair. We have 11 grandchildren after all...

Always love the 2 year product replacement IF the price is right, i.e., reasonable. If it doesn't work, you just take it to the store, and they either fix it give you a new one. No boxing it up and mailing it off; no claim forms to fill out!

I always usually purchase a warranty with this kind of purchase. I'm only giving this a 4 which I should only give this a 3 because in the past I've added this to each of my items which I would use if something would go wrong with the product in two cases I purchased bluetooth headsets only to exchange/replace them with a working pair and bestbuy stopped honoring the warrantys I purchased with my items so I was out of luck even before my two year warranty was up on a bluetooth headset very disappointing

I love the fact I purchased the replacement warranty. I have used it at Best Buy with absolutely no issues. Best Buy is very helpful each time I have had an issue with the product. I would never purchase another Fitbit without this protection. I cannot say enough about this option with Best Buy.

Any problems I’ve ever had with any of my items i purchased through Best Buy were quick to be resolved due to always purchasing geek squad protection. I’m an elite class member (have been for several years) so I buy quite a lot of items from Best Buy.
