I am no techno geek. What I am is a person who needs technology to cope with the world I live in. That's why I have the Geek Squad to take care of my technology. They ARE the techno geeks and I'm glad to have them.

I haven't used Geek Squad for this particular laptop but have for past purchases. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. I don't always purchase additional protection but with all the things that can go wrong with computers including viruses, etc. Definitely recommend them.

I love geek squad. They always help me when I'm not sure what I did. I'm so glad I went ahead and bought the service. I would have a tablet that wouldn't be any fun to use if it wasn't for this service.

My review is that anything electronic can have malfunctions especially when investing into premium products. 100% Coverage is the best because even manufacturers dont follow commitments either. 1-2 years

I've used the extended Geek Squad Protection on other computer equipment purchased from Best Buy. The Geek Squad has been very helpful in resolving any issue I've encountered. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff.

I have not had to use for my current product but I have used in the past and they are awesome! Set everything up and helped answer questions. For this product that is being used by a teen, I think it is a great investment with all the possibilities that could happen.

I've had it for a long time on my other computer. It easily pays for itself. If your like me not very computer literate, it's a nessesity. Problem is fixed that day in house. You can't beat that service.

Got to love best buy protection plan. Its always scary with new tech out of the box there are endless possibilities of things that could go wrong its nice to know that if there is they will fix it or replace it.

I have Geek Squad for all my computer needs. They are so helpful to me and always fix my computer to run faster and to get any virus it may have. You can always count on them to fix it. Great job guys!

I have not used the extended protection for this laptop but have for other electronic equipment. Had a problem with another laptop while working out of town. The Geek Squad fixed it quickly. Saved my day!

No matter when I call, what my issue, or how complicated they always listen to me patiently and spend the time to come up with a solution, therefore, I am a loyal supporter of the support team.

Simply put this is a no-brainer. Get your gear, and insure it. This was really a smart move as I'm a DJ/producer and sometimes being careful isn't enough. These guys cover it all with a forgiving service.

I didn't have an appointment, but was able to get quick assistance with my new laptop. They also helped me install other programs that I was having issues on. Will definitely seek their help in the future.

I had to call them right after I got my new laptop. They were great and helped me get through the problem I was having to set up my laptop. Very friendly and patient. Glad they were there to help.

I have used this for years and would not even consider anything else. I have never had a bad experience with the geeks. They are helpful with a great attitude; and most importantly, they know their stuff.

I cannot imagine being without the Geek Squad's help. They are relentless in helping when I have a problem. They are patient, knowledgeable and very understanding with questioning and explanations.

I bought this for all of my electronics. It's nice to have the assurance that if something happens, we'll be covered. Haven't needed to use it yet though so we will find out how helpful it ends up being.

I unfortunately needed Geek Support. It was a terrible situation but the GEEK SQUAD made it as painless as possible. KUDOS and thanks again! The Geek Squad must all wear Superman or Superwoman shirts.
