I think its worth it to have the geek squad protection because when my computer messed up- and i had a 60 page final paper due the week after- geek squad helped to bring it back to optimum health so that i could complete my paper. So yeah, BUY IT lol

I've always used the Geek Squad in the past when one of our past products were bought. The 3 year plan was a good deal and covered several of our computers. Thank you for always being there for us.

I resisted getting the 3 year warranty because of the price-I'm a student. I'm not rolling in money these days. But when my computer had a hiccup the warranty covered the whole thing. Totally worth it

I recommend getting this service for any major purchase. They are quick and very convenient. What is real nice is that they will do an initial setup for you to make sure it is ready to rock and roll.

I would have given this pc 5 stars but I had to get a new one the next day. There were hardware issues discovered during setup. Aside from quickly learning that I needed to use my 5G wifi to keep my hard drive from hanging up, it was a great purchase.

Each time I've purchased a computer from Best Buy, I've allowed Geek Squad to install the new products I purchase along with the new computer. Never had any issues with the computer or installed products.

I'll let you know in 3 years?! Just kidding, this kind of warranty is the EXACT reason I only buy electronics at BestBuy. Nobody comes close, always a BestBuy nearby. A must for any big ticket item

I am satisfied with purchasing the Geek Squad 3 year protection plan because it has covered several of my electronics, especially when I actually had issues that needed to be resolved.

Bought this for my life proof case because sometimes they just stop working. Last time I had to go through the company. This time I just got the warrentee so I can just come in and exchange it

Buying the protection plan guarantees that if my child does anything damage wise or virus wise to our laptop...it will totally be covered and not considered a loss!! Worth the peace of mind!

The geeks quad support is just what I need. They have been able to fix any issues I have with my new computer. I am not computer say and they are able to take control and resolve my concerns.

Made an appointment. The appointment didn't take long at all. Left my laptop with the rep. Then it was delivered to my house free of charge. Kept me up to date the whole time via email.

I bought a $1550 laptop and decided since I'll be playing it on a table with drinks around and carrying it to put away or going places with it, I want it protected of the things that could happen.

Have made several trips to Geek Squad as I have multiple PCs that have had file transfers, search for tips, and software loading. Staff has been helpful and have not had to go back for redos.

wish i would have purchased this in time last year, let my 14 days go by and 2 months later i cracked my touch screen! it cost more to fix it than it did to purchase this for 2 years, i played it smart/safe this time....my new touch screen laptop is covered!

The Geek Squad service is always a good purchase. They are professional, kind, and competent. They always work with me and my schedule to keep my technology running at its highest efficiency.

The Greek Squads are great to have at the store and on your computer . Because you can go to them for help at the store or on your computer, they will talk you though the problem.
