Geek Squad Product Replacement is one of the best things I have ever done for my purchases, From TV to Phone it’s a must, and my protection plans have covered my devices more than once.

Worth getting the protection plan, the item I purchased it for is an expensive item so knowing the if something happens to it, it can be replaced for a reasonable price is worth it to me.

They take pride and care in my laptop and tablet. They call you by name and inform you of everything! They even call you if it's going to take longer when performing maintence.

My new lap top was working fine and then wouldn't connect to the internet. I brought it into the Geek Squad and they couldn't connect either. They had to keep it a couple of days, but I got it back in good working condition.

We purchased the protection for my eldest son's computer. We have had to take the system in twice and it was well worth the extra expense. My son they saved his computer and files.
