I have no idea what I would do without this program, it is worth every penny! Used multiple times on different types of products and always have been very satisfied.

As always when I make bigger Best Buy purchases I go with geek squad protection and support, no matter what goes wrong it's always a breeze to get it fixed with them

I'm not a techie but need to have my home office running without any problems. It's great to be able to call the Geek Squad and get help right away. Definitely worth it!

This was a no Brainerd for my 11 yr olds laptop. But expensive...added another $200 to the cost of my $750 intended budget. Oh well... hopefully we will never have to use it, but I have it if something crazy happens

I love the Geek Squad team, online and at the store, they are informative and communicate and listen to my concerns. Frankly, I don't want to be without this service.

I only had to contact geek squad one and it was a good experience. I think i'll be calling them about my wireless printer if I don't get it up & running!

I purchased Geek squad support to get my software loaded and my new pic set up. Everything works well. I took it home, opened it and started using it that day.

Recently we have been buying new products like computers especially I get the extended warranty even though computer has a minimum one-year warranty on it. That is something good to have in case you run into trouble.

I have had lots of problems over the years and it felt good knowing I had help for a year, I think they are great and very good at what they do!

The Geek Squad set up my laptop and moved my files over from my old computer in less time than they predicted. My laptop was ready to use 2 days after purchase.

Purchased the 1 year warranty to protect against any issues, since my 13 year old is the main user. We have not had to use it so I can not speak to that aspect.

WE have found this to be a very worthwhile purchase in the past. Used the tech support the first week we had the computer to assist in getting some software added.

We haven't had to use our Geek Support and Protect yet, but I know with 2 little kids we will need it at some point and it will be fixed with no questions asked.

Every laptop/desktop computer I buy comes from Best Buy because their protection covers everything from drops to spills etc and they will fix or replace for free!

I always buy a warranty with expensive devices because I always someone break them. I've sent a few.laptops in and they were fixed with no issue.

Thank God I opted to purchase this because it covers accidents. My laptop was a pretty penny purchase and this reassurance is a fraction for what it takes care of.

I purchased this for my son who is in college. It allows him 24/7 access in case he has problems with his laptop or if he spills something on it. Great investment!

My level of expertise is weak and these guys have my back.. Already needed their help Sunday at 10pm. They were there and got me where I needed to be quickly.

This is the best Laptop I've had. The screen is big,easy to navigate, and affordable. You can watch movies on the laptop and play music. This is a great product.

Always worth it when buying high end...This time it was a 1200 dollar laptop..and with the protection came the 3 year Webroot..so go for it and do not look back.
