I have used it a couple times. Once to get my data transferred from my old computer. And used the remote service when my email was not working correctly.

They were able to transfer all of my info from my old computer to the new one which was a great help. So far I haven't needed them for anything else.

I have had a couple Trojan's slip by my Web Root protection. Support has been able to fix these issues remotely - don't have to leave my house.

I have had several problems with my computer and have taken it to Best Buy and they have been able to fix it for me each time in a timely manner.

This is an unbeatable coverage program. Luckily I have not had touse it yet but if I do literally everything that could happen to my laptop is covered.

Best Buy set up all SW and configured. Helped out in a jam when would not start up after an update was installed. They got it working again in 1/2 hour.

I was told it would be 3 days to move everything from the old computer to the new one. The Geek Squad did it in 1 day. I had no down time thanks to them.

I usually don't purchase the service plan for small items but anything over $500 especially laptops and computers I highly recommend the service plan.

The good news is I haven't needed to use this protection plan yet. Overall satisfied with the computer and haven't needed protection plan as of now.

I always purchase the longest Geek Squad protection that the item(s) will allow. They have rescued my laptop from malware, and called me with updates.
