I love having the three-year Geek Squad protection plan on my new 2-in-1 Lenovo. Knowing that almost anything is covered, regardless of what happens to it, I feel very much at ease when using my laptop. This is the best protection you can buy for your device.

I am so happy I purchased a year of protection! They set up my laptop and it is fabulous. I also had to call them late evening when I thought I had a virus, when indeed I was almost scammed. They are wonderful. I will renew next year. Well worth it!

I haven't had to use it with this computer, but I have used it in the past. It was a great benefit b/c they were very helpful and knowledgeable in my questions. Plus when I had to bring my computer in, they were quick and also did a great job.

Seems, I went on a website that when I closed out, it closed everything .Bought it in {without a appt.} they looked at it. They new what had happened right off. It took them 24hrs to get it running again. Good as new. they know what they are doing.

My favorite thing about Best Buy is its warranties. When buying something so expensive, it is nice to have the peace of mind that it will be covered if anything happens in its first two years of life.

Really the Best Buy warranty, particularly the damage protection, is worth the extra money. If you're buying items for your clients, your office, or your kids then just put up the extra money right now. It's completely worth it when things go bad.

I have been buying Best Buy products for several years now, and I have also purchased the Geek Squad protection. This is money well spent, they have bent over backwards to help fix any problems/issues. Very friendly and professional.

I bought a laptop for my daughter in college. For obvious reasons I did the Geek squad plan. I remember what college was like! I am glad I got iteven tho we havent had to use it yet. I can only imagine what would have happened if I hadn't!!

Would never take my laptop back to la cantera in San Antonio. The geek squad agent was literally no help at all. Didn't even give a diagnostic on my laptop or take my information down. My laptop was having issues with freezing. He just told me iit is because i was switching from laptop to tablet form to fast.

I have had many items that have been purchased from Best Buy. My wife's laptop failed after a few months. It was covered under the warranty. They junked out the unit and issued us a credit for the full purchase price whoch allowed use to get her a new laptop woth now problems. It was all quite painless.

I have had many problems since I got my lap top - usually due to my lack of computer savvy - and the Geek Squad have always been helpful and courteous, both on line & in store. I think it is definitely worth the price.

I wouldn’t think about not having this protection. I have not had to use it very much but since I am not a techy person, I feel so good when I can call or take in my computer to the Geek Squad. They are so competent and kind.

Excellent program, knowledgeable, courteous and explained in common terms . Only negative was that I was told the plan included transferring data to my new computer and does not. Really like the online reservations. Well worth the price.

I would not be without this protection service anytime I have contacted the Geek Squad both in person and online the service has been five stars without question. excellent customer service agents always solved my problems

we got this protection plan. thinking we' never use it. but just in case. Our computer crashed. Took it to Bestbuy. The 1st agent was great. It couldn't be fix.. They sent it away. Fix it. Sent it back. Costed me nothing more. Great Plan!

I have probably emailed, called, live-chat, etc with Geek Squad since day one. They were always available to answer my questions and fix my issues. Well paid for service- invest if you want your computer to always be in top working shape.

Although I wish that I did not have to purchase protection plans, they are still worth the buy because the moment you don't is usually the time sometime happens. With that said it's better to have protection than not have it at all.

I usually opt out GS service for many of my purchases. I did get it for a Microsoft Surface Pro purchase as it was for my daughters school work and I wanted an easy option replacement in any issues came up in the next couple of years.

Computer was dropped and broken during finals. They were able to get my critical information backed up to the cloud before they shipped it off for repair. I don't usually buy the extended warranty, but it was well worth it.
