I boat this for my computer and that is ye as it is good if it go's bad, but the help on the phone is not all that good sum help is but not most. I have to what HR's on the phone and then 1/2 the time you are not in the write Q so then it is more time I wast more time on the phone then you ask a?? and you cant get any thing out of them . If you ask for a call back or be for help stars for get it I love the computer but boy the help in this Co is just bad won time I was taken off the dater base and it was hard to get back on as a customer. If you ask for MGR's it takes days if not a week for a call back it is to be 72 HR's but this is just plane BS. but I have know say all so won of them Delete things off my computer with out my OK and this was programs.

I have used geek squad in the past and they are good.

Helped set up computer with no problems. expensive.

Bought it online and BB had no record of it. Had to go in store for them to give me another one so I could replace a computer. Be careful buying online.

Needed to use it on a new but faulty computer (open box purchase). Took a long time to get info on repair progress and ultimately got a new replacement.

I still can't use my computer because of all the pop ups and messages of your computer has a virus, buy this program. The person I spoke to I had a very difficult time understanding as he was from another country and had a thick accent. I also now have an elongated screen from him telling me to adjust my picture. Right now because of my frustration with the language barrier, it is almost 7 months later and I still can't use my computer.

Only good if your not good with setting up computers, but the Manuel usually comes with basic directions that help you get through.

My only complaint is no one's available to help you on the spot. I don't like having to leave my equipment for days at a time

Great at getting your computer set up , connected to your internet, and ready to go. Harder to get easy help when problems arise.

It was not worth price that i gave to setup and instructions, If I had it to do over I would not have taken this option

We purchased the one year geek squad. It's nice to have the peace of mind when you have it.

I have not had to use it yet but i like knowing i have it if i need it
