Yes, twice over. So glad to have this support and cover. I can barely switch electronic things on and off without having an issue, so when things happened, unexpectedly, they whisked it off and did whatever it is they have to do to make it work again - great stuff. Efficient, highly skilled, friendly and every deadline, promised, was delivered. I would be lost without this help. Totally worth it unless,of course, you are one of these people who can build a computer out of a piece of string and a paper clip and for whom all things electronic behave exactly as they should - in other words, not me.

Whenever I come to that point when im asked, "would you like to get a protection plan?" when purchasing something new I always debate if I should get it, mainly because I have never needed to use it before. However, when it comes down to it, the cost of getting a protection plan that will ensure your device can fixed or replaced is no where near as much as buying a new device. Plus, best buy offers a great plan so in that one horrible event that you drop and break something you spent a lot of money on, you won't have to put your wallet through so much pain.

I always recommend getting the extended warranty. It is better to have it and never need it then to need it and never have it. Hopefully I will never need this warranty. But, I do have a small child in the house, so I figured I would air on the safe side of caution. Also, you get a free internet security download with purchase from Kaspersky that is a fairly good product. You can download this software on up to 3 devices. So, that makes it an even better deal.

Our sons tablet from last Christmas died before the 1 year Manufacturers Warranty was up. Best Buy is Awesome when it comes to Warranty. We paid extra as well as extended protection when we bought this one. He feels like a big boy with the keyboard that is magnetized and easily detached. I like Windows and this one is Windows 10. This tablet shows the taskbar all the time unlike the Unbranded Windows 8 that quit on us. I haven't noticed the problems in other reviews regarding not being able to find and connect with wifi. The problems I have found that others have mentioned the Charging cord is short and the Keyboard does not weigh enough to counter balance the tablet. It is top heavy so you must be careful how you set it down.

Best Buy's geek squad protection is top notch. They are true to their word about fix or replace. I don't usually buy protection but when it comes to best buy I don't hesitate.
